At first...


If you want to lose your weight the most important thing will be kissing off with all your bad habits. You can't be fit if you smoking cigarettes, drinking a lot or eating fast foods and sweets. What about wholefood, a glass of juice instead of alcohol and chuggy in place of skag?
You must stick to your diet. Trust me - it's really work! Try to avoid eating fatty meals like the plague. Give odds fruits, fishes, vegetables and poultry. And remember - don't eat refreshments between repasts! It's really important!
It's only beginning. Try to adhere my advices and practise your will-power. Good luck!
