The devil is in the details



The easiest way to have a perfect body is going on the gym every day and working out for many hours non-stop. It's very agonizing and call for us a lot of free time. Unfortunately, usually we are too busy to find a little time for any exercises. Sometimes we don't want to train because our state of health don't let us do these things. And now what?:)



The ideal method to hold down accurate weight is healthy nutrition but not only. The devil is in the details. In what details? Let's see.






1. Try to eat breakfast every day - it's the most important meal in all day. You can shirk eating dinner or supper but you can't do the same thing with breakfast!








2. Avoid sedentary lifestyle. Trust me - it's not favour you and especially your body. What about walking instead of sitting on sofa and watching TV? Think about it!:)



3. There are your new friends - very colorfully, hm?:)) If you are hungry eat something of these things. Vegetables and fruits have colour on our skin, hair and nail. Don't forget about cholesterol, too:)
