Midly about movement


At the begining we said that you can be fit without exercise - it's true but, of course, if you have a problem with your weight you need some movement! I mean, you don't have to going to the gym every day if you don't like it or you don't have enough time to do it. I rather think about something which is more simple:)
What about going to work or school on foot instead of by car or bus? Maybe you will like tramps on bike? Have you fiernd who have the same problems whit weight? Your partner wants to lose overweight? Remebber that in group we can do more because we have more motivation!:) If you're a girl/woman who have a lot of time in the evenings, go with your best friend on fitness or yoga classes. If you're a boy/man with free time between your duties you can go with friends on pitch ot playing basketball - whatever you like:) I wonder... how about swimming pool? It's a perfect way to lose some kilos! Think about it!:)

You can find many ways to spend your free time and btw. slim down:) Pick out your metod:)

Did you know it?




Every human should drink no less than fifth - litr of water through all day. We are used to drink something while our meals - it's normal, we think.
I must let you down. Drinking a glass of juice, beer, water or wine amid eating it's a dismal mistake! This bring about that our our digestive juice resolving - it's nothing good. It can even exacerbate occupation our digestive system.
Remember - drink something after meals not while you eat.
I wonder... did you know it?:)

The devil is in the details



The easiest way to have a perfect body is going on the gym every day and working out for many hours non-stop. It's very agonizing and call for us a lot of free time. Unfortunately, usually we are too busy to find a little time for any exercises. Sometimes we don't want to train because our state of health don't let us do these things. And now what?:)



The ideal method to hold down accurate weight is healthy nutrition but not only. The devil is in the details. In what details? Let's see.






1. Try to eat breakfast every day - it's the most important meal in all day. You can shirk eating dinner or supper but you can't do the same thing with breakfast!








2. Avoid sedentary lifestyle. Trust me - it's not favour you and especially your body. What about walking instead of sitting on sofa and watching TV? Think about it!:)



3. There are your new friends - very colorfully, hm?:)) If you are hungry eat something of these things. Vegetables and fruits have colour on our skin, hair and nail. Don't forget about cholesterol, too:)

Why sallow lifestyle is so unattractive?


In nowadays people pay attention particularly on appearance. It's very cruel but so real. Everybody must looks like ideal peeps. If we want to found someone special for us and fall in love with this human the first thing which highlight our attention will be the way this person looks like. People who are fat and even with light overweight have lesser chances to meet someone. It have colour on their self-confidence. Aught people who are fit have better life, isn't it?:)
If you are poor soul with overweight, bad habits and very low self-confidence you must change something in your life. Your partner is unsatisfied of your appearance? You feel cheap if you are naked? Your assertiveness is very lousy? Pull yourself together!:) Get your's head together. Try to slim down a few kilograms. Caution your diet. Blow out every your habit. And then? Go shopping to buy something 'woooow',go to the best hair-stylist, quit be ashamed your own body! At one time prove your boyfriend/girlfriend inyour new image and trust me - he/she will go wild! You should know what will happen later;)) Have a good time, enjoy yourself and remember - use condom;p

At first...


If you want to lose your weight the most important thing will be kissing off with all your bad habits. You can't be fit if you smoking cigarettes, drinking a lot or eating fast foods and sweets. What about wholefood, a glass of juice instead of alcohol and chuggy in place of skag?
You must stick to your diet. Trust me - it's really work! Try to avoid eating fatty meals like the plague. Give odds fruits, fishes, vegetables and poultry. And remember - don't eat refreshments between repasts! It's really important!
It's only beginning. Try to adhere my advices and practise your will-power. Good luck!

Step 1

Eat less than you can, but often, it's simply.

Step 2

Drink more water. Water will clear your body,

Step 3

Use stairs, elevator hates you

Step 4

Eat more fishes, fruits, vagetables. You will be stronger. ;)

Step 5

Go for a walk, don't rest at home.

Step 6

If you feel a large hunger eat slowly. Probably you will eat less.

Step 7

No fast food, no pizza, no spaghetti, no! no! no!
McDonald wants to kill you, really!

Step 8

Don't eat a white bread.

Step 9

No coca-cola, pepsi... No shakes. It's like eating a sugar.

Step 10

And last. Sex is like a sport. Be a good player ;)
